King Arthur and his Queen Guinevere are celebrating their wedding anniversary and festivities in Camelot have begun. 

 

Merlin and his apprentices have been tasked with baking the cake, the Wandering Druids are set to perform their new single and just who is in charge of security?

Taking place at Reigate Castle, come and explore the parks natural charm, and discover characters along the way, before heading to the main castle grounds to witness the wedding and take part in the annual hobby-horse jousting tournament ... but will it all be a kind of magic - or will Lancelot cause a stir?

COME JOIN US

Taking place between 12pm - 2pm in the Reigate Castle grounds, this event is being performed by an inclusive ensemble of professional artists working alongside a community cast.

The weekend is completely free & suitable for a family audience.

​

In the event of rain, it is likely that some or all of the events may be cancelled (please keep an eye on our social media for details).

​

For all events, parents MUST stay with children.

ABOUT SAVVY THEATRE

SAVVY has a strong history of creating memorable theatre experiences, in unique and bespoke settings.

​

Past projects have included:

  • Alice’s Mad Boat Party sailing up the Thames, collecting various characters at iconic landmarks along the river including the Red Queen at Hampton Court.

  • A promenade production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream in Beddington Park, with the lovers (literally) fighting in the River Wandle.

  • An original ‘secret theatre’ production entitled The Spy Project set in the 1960’s and taking audiences on a journey around some of Croydon’s hidden gems (including the very top of the 176ft Clocktower)!
